Definitely underperformed i'd say, i think if next is IANAHB3 as long as there is a single released before that is a decent hit it will beat it

since Hotline Bling Drake became a pop star, he will sell regardless + he knows how to handle his career, Wayne doesn't do that(sadly). But Drake's music post WATTBA can't touch his music before that. He better deliver with CLB
