That was Pac's nickname, and not just a cd title. Pac was very intrigued by the tactics that he used in battle. He would pretend he was dead basically, which is what alot of people think about Tupac.

Machiavelli's The Prince has a lot of those tactics in. He was a clever dude, but damn, ruthless !

he maybe means Niccolò Machiavelli an Italian politician and philosopher, cause after that he say that the girl thinks he lives in Italy

I thought he said "bumpin" Machiavelli and Machiavelli=Tupac its a nickname he went by kinda like wayne gets called Tuneche sometimes

n the nickname Tuneche stems from a song he did called raw tune that was on da drought/carter files that was supposed to be on tha carter before he stopped writing

Pumpin Machiavelli, means playing Tupac music on a stereo so loud that you can feel the bass. PERIOD.
