sometimes they do change pitch tho. but it's probably because thats how wayne wanted it to sound. also i dont even think fabian even does autotune on wayne vocals thats someone probably another engineer i think.

2:00 - 2:14 they pitched Wayne's vocals down to make it sound deeper on this part.

only recent example I can find... and it's pitched down???

It's not even about them making the voice higher or deeper, it's when it sounds so sharp and shallow that it doesn't sound like it's mixed with the music but rather sitting on top of it. Obviously it depends on the way Wayne is using his voice but on certain features the pitch and voice is basically the same but it feels so much more full and not so piercing. I doubt Wayne even listens to the final mixed and mastered songs which probably has something to do with it.

either wayne is recording and sending LQ vocals or the dude at the end is messing it up lil waynes voice although not as profound as something like rebirth era isnt THAT incredibly different mans was pitching his vvoice and doing weird shi more during SFTW2 era and sounded less shit then now
