Come on, that is vaguely similar and not even distinct enough to call it imitation in either direction, you could probably find loads of rappers with similar sounding flows to that, it's just bar after bar in quick succession. Wayne has been doing this sort of thing since NC1.

He's obviously a big Lil Baby fan and there are elements of the general modern style in his music a lot more but I think you're massively overstating this imitation thing, especially since he basically created the style anyway.
