He's not even 18 yet, he's bigger than Drake was at this point, he's now signed with the same management as Justin Bieber, he's really a hit with the Juice Wrld fans and he was universally loved, so he did get a cheat code start, but truthfully he's outgrowing Juice's shadow, quickly, he's the closest to what Juice gave us musically, but he keeps it unique. I think he'll be a legend by 27. Also look at what rap really is now, it's gone away from being a "studio gangster" to seeing a lot more of the thought provoking music we see now.


you have old heads who try to keep the old studio gangster rap going, like Wayne, but it's different because that was his bread and butter on the comeup. he's crossed over but thinks people still want him talking about guns, and drugs. it's not that, it's the stylistic approach, the voice, the lyricism and flows people want, it's not about those old subject manners.
