It's a unique token that can be tied to anything : music,artworks,documents,properties etc....
In our case it's wayne's music. Owning such a token, you can trade it for money, hold it, it can give you unique utility like earning royalties from his music (if they decide to do so), or like early access to new music,events,merch. It's all verifiable and can give bunch of utility to fans and supporters. That way artists can raise money independatly of labels, it's a win win for artists and fans
