Heads up: if you don’t like rants you should leave because I’m about to go on one lol
Wayne’s career is sad right now and I don’t see it getting better because he’s a fucking mess. He proudly walks around looking like junkie and people make fun of him. He nonchalantly says and does coon and ignorant shit that makes people hate him. He refuses to stop being a womanizer and women are starting to expose him. He has four kids and is never seen with them and his daughter is getting more and more open about his absence. He won’t evolve as an artist or human being. It’s at a point where his “I don’t give a fuck I say and do whatever I want” attitude is really affecting his career. People don’t want to support him anymore because of his image and the lackluster music makes it worse.
As far as music, he makes music with irrelevant artists that is so weird considering half the industry are Wayne fans. Why an album with RTK when guys like KDott, Tyler, Drake etc have so much love and respect for you? It’s embarrassing how out of touch he is with reality. He puts more effort lyrically on features than his own projects. He has no clue how to promote anything he does. The beats, auto tune, and his voice sucks. He doesn’t know how to put together a whole song anymore and he’s always struggled with putting together an artistic album… just a bunch of random songs thrown together and it’s worse now because of the quality. There were songs on C5 and Funeral that should’ve been hits but he dropped the ball. This is what happens when you only listen to your music and you’re stuck in your own world. He seriously needs to take a break and get his life in order and I’m sure his career will get back on track then.
