This Album, is Creativity at ITS FINEST, The different vocals effects, the live instruments in certain songs. Not to mention he has some DOPE lyrics in there, when the album is LABELED ROCK, and ROCK songs are made to be SIMPLE, 1 verse repeated, with a few choruses in between. Example Nirvana(one of Wayne's Influences) listen to their Greatest Hits, Most of Their songs are repetitive lyric wise,(and don't you DARE tell me NIRVANA ISN'T DOPE)[ill slap the nationality out of you son] but its deeper than lyrics, if your to FEEBLE minded to understand that, than you sir have no worth in your statement.....

Thing is, the genius in Nirvana laid not in their repetitive nature, but the fact that they WERE THE FIRST IN THE MAINSTREAM to do so. Also, Nirvana was great because the lyrics ACTUALLY MEANT SOMETHING. Find me one fucking lyric that is both saying something and is original on "Rebirth" and I will be fucking amazed. Also the instrumentals ARE FUCKING BOGUS. I can't play guitar, but this shit is all 2-3 cord progression bullshit with solos that sound manufactured as fuck. THERE IS NOTHING ROCK IN SPIRIT on this album, unless you're main references for rock are Paramore and Fall Out Boy. Also, rock doesn't have to be simple, it can be complex, you fucking idiot. Listen to some Zeppelin, some Floyd, or some newer shit like Tool and Mars Volta (all of whom are commercial successes). I can name even newer and more hipper bands if you would like, cause I actually know my shit, unlike you. You're a bigger fucking idiot than the guy I originally slammed.

yes, extremely close minded. i listen to nearly every genre that's ever been created. I SUPPORT artists to think outside the box and love it when they do. I don't think you quite understand some of the negative feedback. Close minded about the style? shit no, i liked his turn to the rock/rap/experimental genre.. but what it chalks up to is the overall approach this album has as a whole just doesn't sit well. Cramming every idea you have isn't always the best approach. I get it, Lil Wayne does shit his way.. but that's part of the problem here.. he doesn't have a constant on the quality. i'm all about putting a good mix of shit on a disk, but this isn't just shit.. it's a spray fart.

all had repetitive songs, and Waynes do have meanings if your AGAIN TOO FEEBLE MINDED.
