It was probably Go D.J. with Mannie Fresh, and that epic beat on the record really got my attention. Still listen a lot to it today!

my best friend has like all of his songs and back in 08 he moved in with me for a quick min. Then he was playing the Cannon then I fell inlove *no homo* then Lollipop came out and tha Carter 3 soo ever since them

i heard the Go DJ beat (my science teacher would play it & rap random lyrics to it... he would just play the beat... lol)

but the song that really got me hooked was Stuntin' Like My Daddy... i have been hooked ever since that song came out... i was watching 106&Park... it was a video premiere... i was like this is nice... then i started listening to it more & more... it was my shit for the longest time... still is

I didn't really knew who Wayne was, because I like in (shitty) Denmark -But Wayne did a joint with Wyclef and Akon (Sweetest Girl) in 07 I think. That's where I first heard him, but I didn't knew who he was.
When Lollipop got released as a single, and later A Milli & Got Money, I when to a free & legal website and dl the album in deluxe version.
After that I started collection all his albums and free mixtapes/songs etc.
