This mixtape was in my opinion his best and should be in mixtapes hall of fame.
The artwork and concept for it was incredible.

I been a Weezy hater at first I ain't gone front..
I use to make fun of this CD, than I listened more and more and started analyzing his lyrics bar for bar.

This shit was craazy.

What y'all think? Can you honestly say there is a better mixtape?

Dedication 2 & 3 were bad as hell but, still to me Drought is over Part 2 is undisputely his greastest mixtape of all time.

Is The Carter 3 Mixtape an official mixtape?

because other than that, how would you hear all the tracks on Drought Is Over Pt 2 if you only got "official" mixtapes.
I am working on getting all of his songs, or all of his mixtapes. But at the same time I don't want scrub mixtapes that were relabeled and playlist redone you know... So much material is impossible
