I still believe he gets out today.

The only reason why the guards would say that, is to get the fans out of the area. That, and Wayne had solitary confinement for his MP3 incident.
What Wayne did it probably eat, clean his cell, collect his clothes, get finger printed, etc. Then will be released.

7:16 Lots of activity here at Rikers but still no Wayne. The employees seem to be in the first stage of a shift change as there is a steady stream of cars onto the island. The last time this happened, it was soon followed by equally heavy traffic off of the island.

Hundreds of prison employees around, but most of the reporters and paparazzi have long since left, along with all of the fans who showed up to welcome Weezy home. After we were told "he's not getting out tonight", most stayed, but by now have long since left. After checking with another guard at the gate we were told "Not today. Maybe tomorrow, but definitely not today." The guard then called over another guard to corroborate his story. Perhaps he's telling the truth, but for now, we're going to continue to wait. Whenever he does actually get out, we want to be here.
