The state will be required to pay for the fees as Wayne stated that those are his teeth .He's going to need need a shot for every single tooth, to have them removed. It's also a time-consuming surgery. If they want to take it off they should start now.

Wayne is gonna get them removed before he goes to jail. and his dreads are probably gonna stay the way they are. and as far as tattoo removal goes, Wayne wouldnt do that. plus some of his tattoos are layered on top of other tattoos, that would be too painful to remove.

It's a damn shame he's got to get locked up. I don't believe he poses any threat to society. Besides, dude's got way too much to lose. That being said, what he did was pretty stupid. He's got plenty of money to have body guards with guns.

That tear drop or whatever it was stood for the gang that he was in. I forgot the gang's name, but dude dropped out once he found out about his son joining gang, thus later becoming Muslim and removing the tatts. His kid also got tatted after joining the gang. You get drops for various reasons, it may be for people you killed, loved ones killed, children, sadness and so on. It doesn't have to be gang related. Wayne hasn't stated on why he got them, but he does have the 5 point stars across his chest. Also, the "O.G." ain't shit....unless Wayne belongs in a gang where there "O.G." has a head status. I've been locked up and believe me when I tell you that prisoners don't give a fuck if your an "O.G."

I bet you he has more fans then enemy in prison. If anything they'll be over his ass if he decides to remove his tattoos as that will show weakness as a pussy-ass move. I also feel I should add that the Prison population is split up between gangsters and the general population.

EDIT: I think the gang's name in the movie was The Deuce. No "O.G." ever made him remove it, it was the old Muslim dude who told him to remove it as it would provide him a fresh new start to a new life with his son.

LOL trust me a prison can't make you remove your tattoos.If you watch that show Lockup on MSNBC most of the inmates that enter jail have gang affiliated tattoos. The prison only cares if you received a tat in jail because of safety hazards
