when weezy gets out of rikers...arizona officals will be waiting for him to escort him to arizona where he can post bail....

that is the reason why they place da bench warrant on weezy...when they knew he was already in jail.....basically jails around the US work together. If they know u have a warrant in another state .when you are finish your time.they wont release you into the public...they will only release you into the custody of the State that have a warrant out for you.

After weezy post bail he will be free until his trial......

Wait, doesn't Wayne have a court date tomorrow? Im assuming that he wont be going because he is in jail, but does anyone know for sure? What will they(Arizona) do since he will miss a court date again?

This whole thing with ARizona makes me nervous anyway. I mean, I gurantee the gun and drugs were not his.....but just like the gun case in NYC, he will probably ahve to do time anyway......

Wait, doesn't Wayne have a court date tomorrow? Im assuming that he wont be going because he is in jail, but does anyone know for sure? What will they(Arizona) do since he will miss a court date again?

Arizona already put out a warrant for wayne's arrest so i guess it was mid this month.

The court date for today was supposed to be the initial trial date, the mid month date was a final hearing about proceedings or some shit like that.

Tilson filed for the 30th date to be changed due to Wayne's sentance. So pretty much it seems that as soon as Wayne is released from Rikers he'll go to Arizona for a final hearing then the trial will start. Also as he's now a convicted felon his bail bond has gone up $150,000 lol

If you think back weezy pleaded not guilty to the gun charges for NY. He changed his tuned when the time was coming down for trial and he didn't want to risk it. Basically people plea not guilty in order to buy themselves time to try to work out a deal or to see if the charges will lessen or even drop. When weezy and his legal team saw that wasn't happen they decided to take the year and plea guilty.

Wayne will indeed do time for the Arizona charges. Arizona is not a state you want to have drugs in, they have a strict zero tolerance policy. Arizona have strict laws because of human and drug trafficking that cross their state. They have these laws in place to discourage people from doing so. They don't make plea in cases such as this because than it will make their state appear weak and that wil encourage people to break the law. Arizona is waiting to drop the hammer on Weezy; they want to make an example out of him. Celebrities and well known people are known to get out of crap. With Arizona doing this the avergae will think twice. Look at DMX, they are always getting at him over in Arizona.

Also when the DEA is involve you know you have problems. His lawyer defense is that the dog wasnt trained right. Very hard to say when there was a decent amount of drugs on the bus. Now if there wasn't any drugs on the bus than this would be a interetsing case to prove that they were targeting weezy for who he is. He is looking at years in jail and Arizona doesn't offer pleas for these kind of offenses.

They have there case pretty much made out, usually cases that weey have been invovled usually get reoslved or dropped by now. Weezy legal has been stalling but time is running out for them to stall. Arizona has a firm hand and they are not letting up. They found drugs alot of it, they say the dogs went crazy and gave them a signal. The DEA is going to eat weezy defense up in court. Can you imagine when they say "the dogs were trained wrong" when they found exactly what they were trained to find on the bus.

No Usually before trial the courts will make a date you have to show up such as like a conference prior to trial and all the parties will meet to see if something can be workout. Kind of pointless because Arizona is not a state that usually back down especially when the ball is in their court and they have the upper hand. Weezy trial is or was set for March 31.
