3:36 A Rikers Island guard named Officer Caraballo spoke to MTV News, saying "I'm not a department spokesman, I'm just letting you know he's not getting out tonight. Probably tomorrow."

"His time was miscalculated," Caraballo continued. "He owed, he owes one day of good time, so it's gonna be another night ... If you get an infraction in jail, they'll take away good time that you accumulated for good behavior.

He went on to say that he wasn't sure what Lil Wayne's infraction was.
