Listen up, about that thing that wayne cant touch weed and alcohol IS NOT TRUE!
this is the reasons why! =
1. alcohol can not be detected in the blood because it is out of the body the next day because it will be incinerated at very quick time, a few hours and it can not be seen, so they cant tell if hes been drinking or not, if so, they should capture him drunk.
2. he can smoke all he wants, because it is not illegal to be affected, then again, they should capture him with weed on.
3. they can not ban him from the weed and alcohol, just because he has been in prison with the basis that he was caught with a gun on him.
i am not 100% sure, but the reasons i gave you is true, i dont know if it is true or not. do not hate if it true with the weed and alcohol.
1. You're right, but he has to do alcohol testing.
2. #7 on his probation guidelines: "The defendant shall not possess or use illegal drugs, toxic vapors, or controlled substances." And he will be drug tested, so no, he can't smoke.
3. He is banned from weed and alcohol. This isn't from his gun charge, it's from the drug charge in Arizona
And about Wayne at the Hornets game, he's gonna be as big of a show as the actual game Plus his hair is long as shit
Re: [Official Thread] Lil Wayne Released From Prison
Its probably a stupid question, but what exactly does the law (in his case) consider alcohol? Champaign? Wine? Is there a percentage amount where its okay, and any more and he crosses the line?
