Yeah what Bliss said earlier on in the thread, you're not allowed in the UK if you have charges on your name like Weezy does now. And tbh most of the EU is the same...well sucks for you as i saw him in 2009 october 10th haha

The UK does not allow convicted gun crime criminals into the country,
Lil Wayne is now a convicted gun crime criminal,
Therefore, Lil wayne is not allowed into the UK again.

So no, he will never come to Manchester or Liverpool unless some change in the law happens
