If you think about it he really doesn't have time to make a whole new album. That would mean he would have to make 12 new songs from scratch(if he keeps the good songs) get beats, come up with concepts, turn it in before the label deadline all while he is getting ready for prison and on tour. Plus the label has to change the dics, covers etc. And all of that would have to happen in one month

ok so hes trying to do something new but the thing is weezy isn't a rockstar. Hes a rapper. This might suit his personality, with the tats and but hes a gangster. This is not his persona.

He should have just released it the day after it leaked then... This pushback thing was pointless and actually will affect his sales if there are only 4 new songs, and like 3 new verses.
