It is real. Back then YM members said that they trying to teach him to use twitter and that it was his real twitter. Wayne didn't like it coz he doesn't like everyone knowing where he is all the time so he stopped. Now hes got it back up but I doubt hes ever gonna tweet anything.

Mack Maine and Short Dawg Said @lilwayne and @TStreetzYME are fake. Da T-Streetz one is deleted already but they both said Wayne ain't got one so that might just be a fan page.

How do we know this is real, First of all Wayne said he'd never have a Twitter and Second, It's not even a verfied account someone as big as Wayne would have to verify his account.
