Hey, why doesnt Lil Wayne just sue the shit out the Empire if he doesnt want his music to be leaked? I mean I would do that shit in a quick second. I mean it's kinda stupid if you think about. Plus, the Empire is cool for puttin out all this great Weezy, but if Wayne himself doesnt want it like that I think he should stop. But The Empire did give Wayne A LOT more publicity, and made him a little more popular with the Drought Is Over series 1-6.

I think he cant sue the empire he/she/they are undercover. I think noone now who the empire is.

He isn't selling Lil Wayne's music, so I guess he technically isn't doing anything wrong. People leak his music all the time. Wayne has already said "Fuck Datpiff, and fuck The Empire," so he has acknowledged him. There is no law suit that can be filed.

Correct me if I'm wrong about him not selling these mixtapes, because I have always gotten them for free.

No there isn't... There is only 1 "The Empire". He used to work with DJ "Evil Empire" but they went their separate ways due to creative differences. He also used to work with DJ Big Mike as seen on the cover of TDIO3, don't know if he still works with him though.
