I think it's pretty evident that Wayne doesn't write his lyrics down anymore, look at the recent videos from The Nino Brown Story Part 2. Nobody would have started saying Wayne has ghostwriters if Gille didn't make that stupid rumor of him ghostwriting for Wayne.

i don't know any other niggaz that's really on his level, i mean for commercial shit

it's also obvious what wayne does with tracks, he'll say something, and punch in
and if you don't rap, or record, you might not know what punching in is but whatever
he says a line or whatever, stops, thinks of another couple lines that go and rhyme,
