If u pay attention u notice wen short dawg left Def Jam Bow Wow did to (Def Jam/So So Def) and now they both on Cash Money Records

Bow Wow admitted once that Wayne has wrote stuff for him even before his Cash Money days same with T.I. Short Dawg writes for Bow as well though you are right.

Wayne will have some input to some of Drake's stuff, like he'll tell Drake to drop a line for something else and then give him a line, but he won't write whole verses for Drake.

Drake's "Money to Blow" verse is word for word a freestyle Wayne did at an Award show 2 years ago (the time he performed with Leona Lewis)

It wasn't a freestyle. Drake made the original Money To Blow, with that verse & chorus a WHILE ago. A while before that award show. Drake was supposed to perform right before Wayne at the show, but they canceled on him because he "wasn't popular enough" to perform on a mainstream award show. So, in respect for Drizzy, Wayne performed a song BY Drake.

And after the the last bar of the verse, you can hear Wayne saying, "Drizzy Drake I love you boy."

But I'm almost positive that Drake & Wayne "inspire" each other on records.

If you listen to Best I Ever Had, then listen to That's My Nigga they sound diffrent but they basically say the same things. Wayne had some input as in "Do some shit for a girl" or some shit, and the hook probably came from Wayne because on That's My Nigga he repeats the hook like 2 times.
