A Question about Blending a track

I was wondering if anyone can blend a Lil Wayne track on the beat of Forevor Young from Jay-z Blueprint 3 I think Wayne should of done it on No ceilings but that has passed. I dont know how to do it but was wondering if anyone does that would be sick.
