Dedication 2 and Drought 3 are probably the most common answers...I'll say Carter 2 Part 2: Like Father Like Son Mixtape, just because it's so underrated
I feel like with each mixtape, Wayne progresses and grows. There's really no way to compare any of them because with each each release, he's a better/different rapper. But my my personal favorite is Dedication 2.
The best thing for Lil Wayne was that everyone of his mixtapes were dope as hell so everyone that hears just one of them wants to listen to more. His viral popularity was born from these type of releases.
