everyone wants to compare wayne with pac, but imo wayne is more like biggie, if you listen to way they are i see more of biggie in wayne. the only thing pac and weezy have in common is the over confidence. but tbh, lil wayne is deff the best rapper alive commercially (you never know about the underground cats?), in terms of lyrics, how much quality work, swag, and just as a person, i mean the dude is actually a pretty intelligent person.
