Well, he endorses the brand itself, I'm pretty sure he uses all of them in one way or another. But I'm guessing he uses bogey trees or bogey woods. The woods are easier to unroll, so probably woods more or less.

I'm not too sure, I would assume smoke shops, or any online store that sells smoking products. Maybe even a local gas station, it all depends on your area.
