Soo, i was just wondering, i had a friend who been sipping for quiet a while now, and stopped. And the detox was the worst progress for him and you seemed to take for ever. How did weezy overcome his codeine addiction so quick? or did he just sip every now and then?

coming off opiates is hard as hell. Each day is worse than the last at least it was for me. IDK how he did it, maybe he'll explain maybe he won't. I did it cold turkey not an easy feat. But when you are someone in lil wayne's state living that life maybe all that activity kept his mind off it, plus smoking weed eases the pain from it. Have ya homie get up on Suboxone programs or have him wean off it. People drop like flies from that shit or end up in jail.

We all know Wayne's life is Hip Hop. The lean was probably making him tired too much. Resulting in him slacking on his life (Hip Hop). So he did the right thing in order to keep his music at the top of his life.

you cant be serious rite? He got clean like any1 does from opiates he went to a docter told the docter he could stop doin sizzurp and the docter prisribed him suboxone or methadone so he can ween himself off and detox or just stay on the methadone or suboxone like maitenance for a year or some couple months till wayne is ready to ween of slowly while they taper his dose down..that is exactly what he did either that or he stoppd cold turkey but i doubt it no one ever does. The pain you go through while you are withdrawing is exscrutiating and can last to up to a month sometimes longer it feels like ur dying..u cant move because of the pain you have crazy hot flashes followed by cold sweats you never feel comfortable like u have the flu times a hundred and u stay that way until u get sum opiate in ur system or weeks late r after your done detoxing..he def used suboxone or methadone...probably still does
