I believe Wayne wanted to do a whole new rebirth when he found out it leaked, but I dont think Universal was having it, since they already had like over a million copies printed and packaged, that would have been a waste of money, so they probably told him, hey we'll let you push it back to february since thats your incarceration month but it has to stay the same, but you can put your unreleased rebirth songs out, such as Fuck Today...
