this is kind of a lame topic, but i see in the nino brown story's, and the carter documentary that wayne does the "waste of weed trick" if i can call it that. others have seen that?
he does not inhale the smoke, do you think it is because he is high as fuck or what?

If your too high why not just put the blunt down? I just thought rappers did it cuz they thought it looked cool. When you inhale and then blow the smoke out it doesnt look a vivid as when you just blow the smoke out witout inhaling
