So I've always thought at 1:58 into Welcome To The World Rick Ross says, "New Kid on the block, Mr. Rudolf" which is very fitting since this is pretty much the song that brought him into the light before Let It Rock... but I just looked up the lyrics and on every site it says, "You get on the block, Mr. Rudolf", is there any "official" lyrics that maybe Cash Money put out or anything of the sort? I'd really like to know which one he's sayin... Thanks, and peace bruhs
