3 week extension: Helps or Hurts C IV coming out in 2010?

I am thinking it will help the chances tha carter IV coming out in 2010 because this gives him time to record more songs, possibly even shoot another video for the album. But then again it could hurt the chances if in jail wayne decides to switch up the album completely or whatnot.

so what do you guys think?

Carter 4.....You guys gotta remember...Carter 4 was in the works right after Carter 3.....Wayne has got songs out the ass...I believe the earlier recorded songs gonna be on DIO7....I hope not...I hope they aint got no bangers cuz i want carter 4 to bang and i wouldn't mind listesing to some 30 min to N.O Wayne
