he can record more songs, tale the photoshoot for the album, shoot more videos, release it while in jail, but he has to put out dedication 4 first, should put it out 2nd march

This will definitely mean, Wayne will have more time to work. But I Doubt he would change the album, as long as none of it ever Leaks. But I think Carter IV has No chance at coming out 2010, I'll give it near the beginning of 2011. But I do think the Single will come out this year.
