If you want to meet him why don't you make yourself look hot and hang around the Hammersmith Apollo when he comes to the UK? I betcha someone from the entourage will at some point speak to you, then you may get backstage.
I mean, you might have to give some of the entourage some lovin' but if you're so in love with Wayne I'm sure it will be worth it when you get to see him.
