hi guys, im mike, and im a very recent Wayne fan(too recent to catch the I Am Music tours, unfortunately). I have not listened to ANYthing else but Wayne for at least the last 3 weeks! i love digging up mroe and more mixtapes. drought 3 is insane, and i really like no ceilings and sorry for the wait. dedication 3 is great when wayne is rapping, but except for nicki and drake, i think the young money signings are pretty bad. also, ded 2 is so overrated. like on carter II, wayne just didnt have his wordplay(his UNIQUE, near genius, one of a KIND wordplay, that is) down yet....except for Shooter, great song.
Im in a rock band called Heroes of The Open End. i think we're guitars' last chance to mean something to the world. I dont know, i just really believe in us. our website is down at the moment: heroesoftheopenend.com, but our EP is on facebook and myspace. id love to hear what people here think of us - and it would be in the true spirit of weezy: a part-time gangsta rapper with long hair, who makes rock records, whos learning guitar and skateboarding, whos not afraid to do a sappy acoustic ballad, whos the cultural pinpoint of a complete musical, and to some extent, social crossover. he appeals to more white rock fans than any other rapper before - including Eminem. i love seeing so many different people in his crowd - and he's such a great performer: outdoes any band out there right now. hes the only rock star left.
ok, enough about me - i didnt sign up here to promote my band: i signed up to rant and get more mixtapes of WEEZY!
