Long time fan only just joined... Been a Hip-Hop/Rap/American Music fan ever since I heard Lil Wayne back when I was still a young lil nigguh probably 20 years ago... I truly never listened to music outside of my country because everywhere I went it was our music being played, but then I got exposed to the Hip-Hop culture by visiting my first rap battle at a tennis court... Heard some young nigguhs play Go DJ... That one track made the hairs on my neck stand up then I was hooked to Hip-Hop when I later, like months later found out that Go DJ is a Wayne track I followed the guy... Rapped along to his tracks daily while watching his music videos at 00:00 on a show dedicated to music, this was before we got DStv and all those music channels

Long story short if it wasn't for Wayne I wasn't going to love Hip-Hop at a young age... Probably was going to realise that I've been sleeping on musical poetry all this time
