I Made An Animated Version So Everything Would Look Neater & Cleaner. Any Changes Just Tell Me. I Also Used A Different Picture.

If your gonna change a part of a pic dont colour it.
Duplicate the layer and go to Image > Adjustments > Hue/Saturation (or Ctrl + U) and mess around with the first bar.
The whole image will change to a different colour and then just erase the parts you dont want.
Keeps all the lighting and everything even and doesnt look fake
