theres no saying he WON'T release it. he said he was going to mix it and release it and no matter what is said on twitter he will most likely keep to his word and do it. and at the end of the day its up to wayne so no matter how mad this dude ky gets wayne could still say release it. and at this point wayne needs to keep his fans happy so it will get released sooner or later
