I need to shed some light on you assholes that keep yapping about 30 Minutes to New Orleans constantly.
The beat that you hear lil wayne rapping over in The Carter Doc belongs to Donnis who got it from Needlez.
Donnis recorded the song a while ago but as soon as The Carter Doc dropped and all of this hype has been created he decided to make the "30 Minutes to New Orleans" beat his smash single. He featured it on his first official mixtape (http://www.datpiff.com/Mick_Boogie_Dj_B ... 63597.html). Donnis then shot a music video for it and got signed by Atlantic Records who outbidded a couple other major labels.. the article can be seen here: http://www.xxlmag.com/online/?p=70413. You better bet your ass Lil Wayne knew all about this.. he's letting Donnis get his recognition from the song that he pretty much hyped.
Now to EMPIREMIXTAPES, the reason why they keep teasing us and pushing it back is because they either don't have the song because Lil Wayne hasn't ever released the full version, or because they are being paid off by Wayne... Sorry to break it to you guys, but you're going to have to wait.
