But you need to realize that he wasn't banned for racism, he was banned for many other things too. It was just a week, but he made threats, and in result he got a permaban.

i think people need to not be so rude. he's a chill guy, okay maybe as a moderator he shouldn't have been sayin 'smh' and stuff like that but other than that he was cool and did try helpin out alot. i think he's been a great contributor to the site and i think that Danny should consider him being more than just a normal user after some time passes. i mean i understand he's trying to maintain order, but still. and unless there's hardcore proof, i doubt he was being racist.

Although this thread is from a few months ago, it still proves Young Fire, FTP, and Steezy are all racist. Young Fire knows better than to post racism in the forums when he's a mod that's why he does it other places. Not to mention a great picture he posted yesterday in the chat with my name on it.

in the united states we have something called EX POST FACTO law...look it up. they shouldn't be called out on what they said awhile back, esp before the whole racism=permanent ban rule. i don't believe in racism, but unfortunately it exists. and were they given a fair warning before they were ban???

I gotta ask, what does the Ex Post Facto law have to do with these forums. We aren't the government so that really doesn't apply here. Besides, Danny's from the UK

There permanent ban wasn't because of those posts in that thread, I just posted that to show you that they are indeed racist. And they don't need a warning for getting banned when in the chat it clearly states Advertisement or Racism = Permanent Ban. I see that as their warning.

Either way he loses, if he joins and live under a false name and no one knows it's him, there no point, if he creates a new user and tells ppl it will get back to danny and the admins and he will be banned again.

technically he could just do that.... if he doesn't say anything to anyone noone will know. he could eventually climb up the ladder again. and what do you mean there's no point... what's the point of you bein on here then?..
