Is that a new tat on the left side of Wayne's face near his eyebrow??... it looked kinda wet/fresh in that 'goin away' video MTV did the other day.... thoughts?

Well, im watchin that new MTV shit that he filmed yesterday, and it does look like he added something, unless it's just the stars i see. im confused.

it's after he's tellin people to add him on twitter. the lighting is really bad up to that point and the camera starts to turn and you can see him better. and it's on whats his left side of the face.

maybe it was the light or because he got some of the stars UV so they shine in the dark.
its all good tho i got confused for a second too
