wayne, no doubt, wayne signed the biggest deal any rapper has ever signed w/ his $200 million clothing deal.

wayne already had 150m before signing the 200m clothing line deal, him and birdman signed a 100m deal with there label in 2008 as well as wayne made 43m on tours in '09 + the album sales money etc...

Finally Jay-Z has more and if you include his chain of clubs etc when Jay sells them he'll have more when he dies than when Wayne dies unless Wayne makes more deals.
Wayne's clothing deal isn't confirmed so you can't count that.

Jay has Rocawear,40/40 club and part ownership in some team (New Jersey Jets?) AND like 10 #1 Albums. Weezy's tour was the most succesful in 2009. Jay's tours were (for the most part) the most successful hip-hip tours in the past 10 YEARS. He also did some computer commercial a few years ago.
