          Off topic: I have a question about this. Seeing how Lil Wayne doesn't approve "The Empire" mixtapes, then how does the Empire get the tracks? Is this like a "he knows a guy who knows a guy who knows a guy" sorta thing?

          On Topic: Just like everyone else, I would like for DIO7 to be released already. And maybe he really isn't finished. Remember when he said that DIO7 would be released, but that he needs more time? It's either he isn't finished or like someone already mentioned, he is just waiting for Wayne to go in.

                that was in..2008? C4 comin' 2010 at best?

                to me it sounds just as crazy as Wayne using a verse from 2006 for 2008's Carter3.
