Photoshop CS4 Adjustments Tab

okay this is stupid but ive been looking for a fix for 2 days

above the "layers" "channels" "paths" tabs theres the "masks" and "adjustments" tab.
and idk wtf i did but hte adjustments tab doesnt show up anymore and i want it back

just help me fix this and then lock this thread please

i think you just go under window and click on all the tools or whatever you call them that you used to have
