Stupid Question..... Drake. Even before Weezy went to jail Drake was carrying YM.. 09 was pretty much a down year for Weezy besides No Ceilings and a couple songs. This year belongs to my man Drake.

There's a reason why Wayne was ahead of drake in MTV's "2009 Hottest MC's" drake is nice but hasn't and will not outshine nor out show wayne popularity. close to 1 million fans came to see wayne in his tour in '09, cant say the same about drake.

The list was bullshit......... Em wasn't even top 10 on that list you idiot.

UHMM 'MTV's Hottest MC's". Anything that MTV says or does is a joke. The truth is Weezy he did slack in 09 apart from No Ceilings and a couple other songs here and there. 2009 was Drake's year and there's no arguin that.

I think it's kinda dumb to say Drake was carrying YM in 09 when Wayne was the person putting everything in motion. He was promoting the hell out of YM all 09 even when his own project was coming out. This is why I think everyone in YM owes Wayne big time and that's probably why Drake signed to YM out of all those other labels.
