I think it's kinda dumb to say Drake was carrying YM in 09 when Wayne was the person putting everything in motion. He was promoting the hell out of YM all 09 even when his own project was coming out. This is why I think everyone in YM owes Wayne big time and that's probably why Drake signed to YM out of all those other labels.

I'm talking from what music they were putting out.... Wayne was second to Drake in that department.

Agree but If you think about it Wayne didn't put out a lot of music, besides No Ceilings that was really just it (leaked tracks don't count to me ) but on topic. Kanye, T.I., and Em have a better chance to take over because of their steady fan bases, Drake has a shot but this is his 1st album so we'll have to see

Stupid Question..... Drake. Even before Weezy went to jail Drake was carrying YM.. 09 was pretty much a down year for Weezy besides No Ceilings and a couple songs. This year belongs to my man Drake.

Itl b drake, so far gone has sold just under 500,000 copies, which considering it had been out for 6 months already is amazin. Plus he has an album coming out very soon which will sell over 500,000 first week. He's been leadin YM for minute now. Waynes been layin low so drake can do his thing.
