Fake, Inmates do not stop fights in jail, the only way a fight will stop is either if a person gets slice (stabbed) knocked unconscious, or a officer stops the fight but again it's wayne so it can happen. Also wayne has a bodyguard with him 24/7 so that's impossible without the other dude getting shot and finally it's MTO.
