just alot of people talkin. if it was legit people then i would have my "credibility" and have it as a thread.
but if you think about it, its very plausable that its going to happen. weezy is going to want to put his name out there again in the mixtape community, and also he is going to be in studio 24/7 recording so he is definately gonna flood the market. only makes sense to release a drought 4 (a real lil wayne presents, not the empire)
