I've been thinking of picking one up as they're incredibly cheap compared to what they used to be, but since Apple loves releasing new generations of their products yearly, I'll wait for the price to drop.

For what you get out of a Macbook you can get a far cheaper pc for what a Macbook gives. But, you can always buy a pc and install OSX on it. Thats what I did on my netbook.
