You obviously don't understand. "empiremixtapess" doesn't have any other IP addresses on that account. All posts have been through the same IP Warriors uses. Quit defending him when you know he got caught.

Go to Image>Image Size. There will be some boxes on the bottom, uncheck the one that keeps the proportion or whatever.
