He has a partner actually. But still that is fucking crazy. It's alright when he's on the ladder but when he gets higher he has to fucking FREE climb with no safety unless he stops for a rest and secures himself to the pole. My hat goes down to the people who do that job...damn.

LOL I straight up feel like im about to throw up after that video. I also never walk on those grates on streets/sidewalks because im scared i'll fall through. Where I worked last summer, they took me up to the roof to see the sensors they use. And keeping in mind I dont mind HEIGHTS, I just dont like unstable shit/shit that makes me feel like im gonna fall. The whole damn roof was made of GRATES. So I could see through to the bottom floor under us. I was like.........omg. *shudder*. It was so bad lol.
