^ Are you saying you have to burn windows 7 unto a disc in order to install it?

I just clicked on the w7 application and it opened and i installed in from there.

God damn, this shit is confusing

So i'ma have to get a blank disc. & then download that ^ & burn the windows 7 thingy to the disc?

1. Finish the Windows 7 download
2. Download/Install Imbburn (Or any other software that can bur .Iso)
3. When the Windows 7 download is complete, insert blank cd/dvd.
4. Start Imgburn and choose the "Write Image File To Disc"
5. Choose the Windows 7 .iso and burn it
6. Restart and go about any other install/update.

@Jrock, i think you can do an upgrade without burning, but i'm not 100% positive

Oh lol yeah you can, my PC crashed twice and i did an upgrade and re-installation twice with no disc.
